1. Product & Service Information Our products are designed and manufactured in Ireland using Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and/or Resin 3D printing technologies. We offer two main services:
- Ready-Made Products: A selection of items designed and printed by us.
- Custom Printing Services: We offer a bespoke service to bring your concepts to reality. This includes:
- Design & Print: We create a 3D model based on your sketches and concepts, which we then print for you.
- Print on Demand: You provide us with a ready-made 3D model file (e.g., .STL, .OBJ), and we print it for you.
2. Ordering Process To purchase our pre-designed products, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. For custom services, you will need to use our online quote form to upload your sketches or model files. We will then provide a detailed quote. For all orders, please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date information to avoid any delays or issues with production and shipment. For custom work, production will not commence until you have formally approved the design proof and/or quote.
3. Payment We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms, compliant with Irish regulations. All payments are processed securely to protect your personal and financial information. For custom Design & Print or Print on Demand services, we may require a partial or full payment upfront before work can begin. This will be clearly stated in your quotation.
4. Shipping We offer reliable and efficient shipping services. Shipping fees may apply, and the estimated delivery time will be provided during the checkout process for our ready-made products. For custom orders, the estimated production and dispatch time will be provided in your quote, as this depends on the complexity and duration of the print job.
5. Returns and Refunds Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
- Ready-Made Products: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- Custom Printing Services: Due to the bespoke nature of custom-designed or printed-on-demand items, we cannot offer returns or refunds on these orders once you have approved the design proof and the printing process has commenced. If your custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a reprint or another satisfactory solution.

Any designs, sketches, or models you provide will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. 7. Disclaimer While we strive to produce high-quality 3D prints, it is important for customers to understand the nature of the technology.
- Print Characteristics: 3D printed objects may have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as visible layer lines, which are a normal part of the manufacturing process.
- Client-Provided Models: For our Print on Demand service, you are responsible for the integrity and printability of the model you provide. We cannot guarantee the structural integrity, functionality, or suitability of items printed from a client-provided design. We will print the model as provided to us.
- Material Suitability: It is important to read the material information provided. Unless explicitly stated, our prints are not guaranteed to be food-safe, watertight, or suitable for use in high-heat environments.
